It was a thrilling battle yesterday evening in the Masters. No less than five combinations managed to qualify for the final jump off on time. The riders who stayed clear increased a fence per round, making the last jump off pretty difficult. In the end, Belgian rider Thierry Goffinet was the fastest: he rode Artuur Jh Z to a 34.08 sec. time and stayed ahead of master-specialist Guy Williams and Depardieu van ’t Kiezelhof (GBR, 34.56 sec.). Dutch rider Gert Jan Bruggink and Conelly 2 obtained the third place in a 35.52 sec.
