Today the international Flanders Horse Event CSI 1* and CSI YH* started. Aboard his 6-year-old Emeralds Dream (Emerald) it was Portugal’s Rodrigo Almeida who jumped to victory in the 6-year-old Youngster class.
The pair was followed by Harrie Wiering in the saddle of Izzy P. Tim Fransen completed the stage aboard Ghana FS Z.
The latter also won the 7-year-old classes. The Dutch Tim Fransen jumped to victory in the 7-year-old classes with his young stallion, Clindoeil A Mormoulin. It was Belgium’s Jean-Christophe de Grande who followed with his Clinton I-mare Clintana. Belgium’s leading female show jumper, Gudrun Patteet completed the stage with No Mercy Van T Kamerveld.
