This afternoon was all about the young horses in Beervelde and it were the Dutch riders who ruled the show. The finale for 7-year old horses was kind of a thriller. The top three were so close to each other, but in the end it was the Dutch rider Harrie Wiering who took home the victory.
The Dutch rider jumped a clear second phase with Gweedore vd Groote Kamps Z (f. Glasgow vh Merelsmest) and finished in 28,10 seconds. The young Belgian rider Elisa Strubbe ended on second place with the Zangersheide stallion Dark Moon de Greenbay Z (f. The fourth and fifth place went both to horses of the Stephex Stables. Kendra Claricia Brinkop and Medard M (f. Thriomphe de Riverland) ended on fourth place. Sayre Happy and High Quality Svg (f. Quality time) took account of the fifth place.
